PhyCyber Twin ("Service") converts video footage of physical environments into 3D digital-twin assets for use in robotics simulation and training. By purchasing or using the Service you agree to these terms.
Paid P2 and P3 orders are offered only after initial feasibility and scope confirmation. Payment links are sent privately by email. Deliverables, timeline, simulator targets, and refund conditions are confirmed in writing before payment.
If we are unable to deliver your scene reconstruction within the agreed timeframe or the deliverable is materially defective, you are entitled to a full refund. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to hello@phycyber.ai.
You retain ownership of the original video footage you submit. PhyCyber retains ownership of the reconstruction pipeline and tooling. Delivered 3D assets are licensed to you for commercial use without restriction.
You may not submit footage of spaces you do not have permission to record. You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes third-party rights.
The Service is provided "as is." PhyCyber's total liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
