- Email address — when you join the waitlist, submit a scene request, or complete a qualified purchase.
- Scene video footage — uploaded by you for 3D reconstruction. Used solely to produce your deliverable.
- Order information — name, email, confirmed scope, and payment details processed by the payment provider if you complete a paid order. We do not store card numbers.
- Usage data — standard server logs (IP address, browser, referring URL) for security and analytics.
2. How We Use It
- To deliver your scene reconstruction and communicate about your order.
- To send waitlist updates and product announcements (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To improve the Service and diagnose technical issues.
3. Third-Party Services
- Payment provider — payment processing for qualified paid orders. Subject to the provider's privacy policy.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — hosting and edge infrastructure.
We do not sell your data to third parties.
4. Data Retention
Scene videos are retained only as long as needed to complete your order and are deleted within 30 days of delivery. You may request immediate deletion upon delivery completion by emailing hello@phycyber.ai. Email addresses are retained until you request deletion.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@phycyber.ai. We will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit. Access to stored data is restricted to authorized personnel only.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on this page.
