# Reconstruction Quality Report

## Goal

Upgrade the submitted public-plaza video demo from a low-poly placeholder into an industrial presentation-grade digital twin preview.

## What Was Missing Before

- Building fidelity was too low.
- Pedestrians were only generic proxies.
- Objects such as bollards, tree, pavement, archway, and route boundaries were not tied clearly to the real frame.
- The 3D space was not visually connected to the uploaded video.

## Current Upgrade

The new preview uses a photo-textured reference frame from the uploaded video and overlays the required digital-twin layers:

- Building layer: city wall, archway, gate tower, double roof, eaves, wall texture regions.
- Pedestrian layer: crowd clusters and dynamic-obstacle zones.
- Object layer: bollards, tree, pavement, curb/roadside boundary.
- 3D navigation layer: walkable plaza, gate approach corridor, high-cost crowd zone, route line.
- Export layer: GLB, PLY, SPLAT, USDA demo assets.

## Industrial Demo Standard

For investor/partner demo, the page must show:

1. Original video/frame.
2. Digital twin reconstruction view.
3. Building, pedestrian, object, and spatial layers.
4. Robot-specific use: navigation, patrol, crowd avoidance, synthetic data.
5. Downloadable deliverable package.

## Remaining Paid Pilot Work

To reach real customer-grade reconstruction:

- Capture longer video, ideally 30 seconds to 5 minutes.
- Add scale marker or known measurement.
- Run photogrammetry / Gaussian Splatting reconstruction.
- Validate collision meshes.
- Export verified GLB / PLY / SPLAT / USD.
- Test import into Isaac Sim or Unity.
